Services described
Content on this site describes advisory consulting only. We do not guarantee employment, visa outcomes, school places, or housing. Informational fee pages do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a written engagement letter.
Accounts and form submissions
When you submit a contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to share household details you include. You must be at least 18 years old to request consulting services.
Intellectual property
Text, visual design, and downloadable materials produced by Autoinfrasolutions remain our intellectual property unless an engagement letter assigns specific work product to you. You may not copy site content for commercial republication without written permission.
Client materials
You retain ownership of CVs, contracts, and personal documents you share. You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to deliver the agreed consultation.
Liability
To the extent permitted under German law, Autoinfrasolutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on general website content. For paid engagements, liability is limited as set out in the engagement letter and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Regensburg, Freistaat Bayern, have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer venue rules require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
